Simply Modular
In Widnes, Simply Modular is building four apartments in a trial project for Halton Housing.
The objective is to show the value of modular buildings, and with four two-bedroom apartments to be completed in just 16 weeks, the rapid assembly Fibo wall panels and Kitchen Boards were the perfect choice for showers and walls above the kitchen counter.
The fast build time allowed Halton Housing to rent the apartments earlier, and showed the great potential for both Halton and social housing projects in general by doing so.
We used only tiles in the past because wall panels have generally not been up to the same quality. But Fibo wall panels turned out to be much better

They are absolutely superior in terms of the knowledge and time required to assemble them, while the quality is there along with a good selection of decors.
