By responding with #jafibo, you accept Fibo’s license terms and confirm the following:

a) You confirm that you are over 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to accept these license terms.

b) You warrant that the content is your own and not copied from others, or that you have the necessary rights to the content that allow us to use it in accordance with the license terms.

c) You grant Fibo and our affiliated companies a non-exclusive, unconditional, royalty-free, sublicensable, irrevocable, and perpetual right and license to use, edit, modify, copy, crop, display, publish, and distribute your content in all formats on all Fibos websites, including other domains of Fibo.no, digital screens, digital projectors, or similar in our physical locations, as well as on other third-party platforms or websites (existing or future).

d) You grant Fibo the right to use and publish your username on social media in connection with your content on all Fibo media, for communication, marketing, or other commercial purposes to the extent permitted by law.

e) You confirm that your content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, trade, property, or privacy in any way.

f) You waive all moral rights you may have to your content to the extent permitted by law, including the right to be attributed as the author and/or owner of the content or to protect the integrity of your content.

You acknowledge that we have no obligation to publish your content on Fibo media and that we may remove published content at any time without notice. You agree that you will not receive any payment or other compensation for the use of your content. Removal of the content or the hashtag #jafibo from the third-party platform where you posted it and confirmed acceptance of the license terms will not automatically revoke the license or result in the removal of the content from Fibo media. If you no longer wish us to use your content, you can contact Fibo customer service. In accordance with applicable law, we disclaim any liability for damages or losses you may suffer as a result of our use of your content or any of our affiliated companies.

Applicable law:

This license agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law, without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws.
